驱车适海岱，日暮行人愁。饿夫相枕藉，老弱罗道周。挥涕前致词，淮楚是吾州。渠穿广陵道，水纳黄河流。舳舻来吴会，东北通咽喉。一朝河岸决，漫衍东南陬。百万为鱼鳖，何论田与畴！窜身来此方，苟活同蜉蝣。此方又荒旱，赤地谁锄耰？官吏责富户，朘削如仇雠。财赋一以空，猗顿皆黔娄。两地总困厄，一死夫何尤。听此肠寸结，泪下不可收。寄语当路子，闭籴非良谋。嗷嗷累千万，生理真可忧。昔闻富郑公，劝民贮乾糇。所在发廪给，去往俱自由。公私虽两困，危急庶有瘳。万邦苦饥溺，安饱亦足羞。何时灾沴息，躬耕乐行休。
